Stacy is the real-estate agent you want. She is professional, honest and very detailed. We used her based on a referral and she was a perfect match for us. She is not the stuffy, high heels and pencil skirt wearing kind of agent, which worked for us. We immediately felt comfortable with her after the first showing and knew she was 100% working in our best interest as she started lifting HVAC vents on the floor and going into crawl spaces. She took into consideration the height of our son when it came to him taking showers and walking down stairs. We probably would have missed that. She easily spotted hidden water leaks in the ceiling of one of the homes, as well. She learned our style very quickly through conversation and showed us what we asked to see, but also some things she knew we would like. She was patient and very respectful of our budget as she never tried to get us to buy something that would financially stretch us because it would make her more money.
